Our experienced physical therapists understand the importance of setting functional, work-related goals based on each patient's individual needs and devising a plan of care with these goals in mind.
Our goal is:
To reduce workers' compensation costs, and to increase the productivity of the employee.
Our approach is simple:
- We will work with each injured employee to custom-design a treatment plan which will improve his or her functional ability and allow for safe return to work in a cost-effective manner.
- We will provide objective, consistent and concise documentation to all referral sources (doctor, employer, case manager and adjuster) which will enhance the return-to-work decision process.
- We will educate our patients in a variety of methods to improve their functional ability, safety, and long-term health in order to minimize the risk of future injuries.
