I have worked for Indy Physical Therapy nearly since its inception in 2003. I graduated from the University of Evansville as a Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) in 1998 and have ten years of clinical experience working as a licensed physical therapist in the Indianapolis area. After working for several other facilities prior to joining Indy Physical Therapy, I enrolled in the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at Butler University and completed my degree in May 2008.
Although I was actually considering a major career change when I began my MBA education, my experience with Indy Physical Therapy completely changed my attitude toward my profession as well as my own personal goals. For the first time in my career, I truly enjoyed being a physical therapist. Through our unique business model, we were able to make a significant impact on our patients’ overall health and wellness. I took great pride in the early success and growth of our business, because I believed in the quality of service that we provided and saw the benefits first-hand.
I assumed full ownership of Indy Physical Therapy in January 2007. Although I have faced many unexpected challenges and obstacles in the first year since, I believe that Our Company is stronger than ever before. It has been an honor and a privilege to help assemble this excellent group of clinicians, and I take great pride in the quality, experience, and character of all of our therapists and staff.
